The Backup Booster II is a device released by NEC Home Electronics to save data on a PC Engine. It is essentially a NEC-branded Ten no Koe 2, however this uses a rechargable NiCd battery rather than a pair of AAs.

Unlike the "original" Backup Booster, the Backup Booster II has no AV output, meaning NEC could sell it for less.
