Standard practice seems to be to release a 5.25 (VM, VX) and 3.5-inch (UV, UX) floppy disks simultaneously. But some games might not do that.

This is a mixture of assuming both exist, and only documenting versions that have been "seen". So it might all be wrong. Special mention to the lack of VM21 and UV21 games which is definitely wrong... but NEC were just as wrong for introducing that.
