Rittaiban Yuugekiou (立体版遊撃王) was a flight combat simulator developed by SystemSoft and released for the PC-9801 in 1985. It was one of the first 3D computer games, displaying 3D polygon graphics and supporting stereoscopic 3-D glasses. Viewed from a first-person perspective, it has a Mission Mode and a Flight Mode, the latter allowing open-world flight exploration above locations such as Tokyo, Egypt and London.[2] It had a sequel, Air Combat: Yūgeki-ō II, released for the PC-9801 in 1989.
