The TurboExpress is a handheld variant of the TurboGrafx-16, released exclusively in the US in 1990. It is a localised version of the PC Engine GT, designed to work with TurboGrafx-16 HuCards as opposed to Japanese PC Engine ones.
The device was first revealed to the world at Summer CES 1990 as the "Game Tank"[1].
