Sangokushi III (三國志III) is the third game in Koei's Sangokushi franchise, a part of their Historical Simulation Series and a sequel to Sangokushi II. It was first released in 1992 on various home computers including the PC-9801 UV, and was ported to a variety of other platforms, including Super CD-ROM² hardware in 1993. Both the PC-9801 UV and Super CD-ROM² versions were exclusive to Japan.
In the West, it is known as Romance of the Three Kingdoms III: Dragon of Destiny.
