Formation Soccer: Human Cup '90 (フォーメーション・サッカー・ヒューマンカップ'90) is a football game developed and published by Human Entertainment for the PC Engine.

Gameplay
Formation Soccer: Human Cup '90 is played from a top-down perspective and adheres to most of the sport's rules. When in control of the ball, pressing Ⅰ performs a strong kick while Ⅱ is used to pass the ball. When not in control of the ball, Ⅰ is used to perform a sliding tackle, and RUN switches control between players. When setting up a match, the player(s) can choose which team formation to use, and whether to invert the controls or not.
Only two modes are available to play. In Exhibition mode, up to four players (two players per team) can play a single match with any amount of time between 1 and 99 minutes. In Human Cup, one or two players play a series of matches against computer-controlled teams. Progress in the Human Cup mode is saved via password, which is inputted by entering directions on the D-Pad.
