The TurboGrafx is the European variant of the PC Engine and/or TurboGrafx-16.
This TurboGrafx has a poorly documented history. It arrived in the United Kingdom and Spain in limited quantities - France saw its own variant of the PC Engine. As well as having a different logo, the European TurboGrafx is a lighter shade of grey than its American counterpart.
It "probably" plays the same games. We don't know yet.
It has its own page because the logo is cool.
