Dead of the Brain 1 & 2 (デッド・オブ・ザ・ブレイン１＆２) is a compilation of adventure games for Super CD-ROM² hardware, featuring ports of the PC-9801 VM games Dead of the Brain and its sequel, Dead of the Brain 2. Released as late as 1999, it is notable for being the last officially released PC Engine game in Japan.
