3x3 Eyes: Sanjiyan Henjyo (3X3EYES ～三只眼燮成～) is an adventure game for the PC-9801 VM released in 1993, based on the 3x3 Eyes manga. The following year a version was released for Super CD-ROM² hardware.

Both versions also included a promotional VHS cassette.
