Operate brake lights and gear shifting during the demo

During the gameplay demo on the title screen, the game will still accept some inputs from the player - holding Ⅱ will make the brake lights turn on, and while gear shifting is performed by the demo the player can shift the gears after the car has tipped over from a crash.

Not fixed in any version.
