In addition to the changed title, the TurboGrafx-16 version adds a ™ symbol to the title, removes the "ALL RIGHTS RESERVED" string, and replaces the Namcot logo with "FROM NEC", shifting the copyright information to the bottom-right corner. The "PUSH BUTTON" text was also reworded to be more specific.
