Manually scroll stages

Pause during gameplay and press ↓ Ⅰ ↑ Ⅰ → Ⅱ ← Ⅱ Ⅰ Ⅰ. A sound will confirm correct entry, and the stage scrolling can be shifted forward quickly by pressing  SELECT  during gameplay.

Stage skip

Pause during gameplay and press ↑ ↑ → → ↓ ↓ ← ← ↑ ↓ Ⅱ Ⅱ. A sound will confirm correct entry, and stages can now be skipped by pressing  SELECT  during gameplay.

Weapon cheats

Increase weapon power

Pause during gameplay and press ← → ← → ↑ ↑ ↓ ↓ ↑ ↓ ↑ ↓. A sound will confirm correct entry, and the ship's weapon power can now be increased by pressing  SELECT  during gameplay.

Change weapons

Pause during gameplay and press Ⅰ Ⅱ Ⅰ Ⅱ Ⅰ Ⅰ Ⅱ Ⅱ. A sound will confirm correct entry, and the ship's weapon can now be changed by pressing  SELECT  during gameplay.

Equip blue and orange weapons at the same time

Pause during gameplay and press Ⅱ Ⅰ Ⅱ Ⅰ ↑ ← ↓ → Ⅰ Ⅰ Ⅰ Ⅱ Ⅱ Ⅱ. A sound will confirm correct entry, and the blue and orange weapons will be active at the same time.

Equip blue and red weapons at the same time

Pause during gameplay and press Ⅰ Ⅰ Ⅰ Ⅱ Ⅱ Ⅱ → → → ← ← ← ↑ ↓ Ⅱ Ⅰ. A sound will confirm correct entry, and the blue and red weapons will be active at the same time.

Equip green and red weapons at the same time

Pause during gameplay and press Ⅱ ← Ⅱ ← Ⅰ → Ⅰ → ↓ ↓ Ⅰ Ⅱ ↑ ↑ Ⅱ Ⅰ. A sound will confirm correct entry, and the green and red weapons will be active at the same time.

Equip orange and pink weapons at the same time

Pause during gameplay and press ↑ Ⅰ ← Ⅱ ↓ Ⅰ → Ⅱ ↑ → ↓ ← ↑. A sound will confirm correct entry, and the orange and pink weapons will be active at the same time.

Cancel  SELECT  button cheats

Pause during gameplay and press Ⅰ six times. A sound will confirm correct entry, and any active cheats that use the  SELECT  button will be disabled.

Music test cheats

Stage select

Play sounds 01, 01, 09, 02, 02, 09, 06 in the music test. A sound will confirm correct entry, and a stage select will appear below the music test.

More difficulty settings

Play sounds 07, 05, 08, 04, 10, 08, 09, 09, 08, 05, 10 in the music test. A sound will confirm correct entry, and more difficulty levels will be available past the Expert rank, up to a maximum rank of 15.

Lower difficulty

Play sounds 02, 10, 03, 08 in the music test. A sound will confirm correct entry.

Faster game speed

Play sounds 03, 01, 04, 01, 05, 09, 02, 06, 05, 03, 05, 08, 09, 07, 09, 03, 02, 03, 08, 04, 06, 02, 06 (the first 23 digits of pi) in the music test. A sound will confirm correct entry, and the game will play at a faster speed.

Slower game speed

Play sounds 00, 03, 08, 03, 09, 00, 00, 08, 00 in the music test. A sound will confirm correct entry, and the game will play at a slower speed.

Start with 9 lives

Play sounds 08, 09, 06, 01, 04, 05, 06, 08, 04, 02, 01, 09, 04, 03, 08, 02, 04, 08, 04, 02, 00 in the music test. A sound will confirm correct entry.

Start with a shield

Play sounds 07, 09, 03, 10 in the music test. A sound will confirm correct entry.

Stack multiple weapon cheats

Play sounds 08, 02, 02, 06, 02, 03, 00, 08, 02, 01, 09, 03, 00, 00, 08, 09, 01, 02, 05, 02, 01 in the music test. A sound will confirm correct entry, and multiple weapon cheats (see above) can now be enabled at the same time.

View credits

When the Naxat Soft logo stops near the center of the screen during startup, quickly press → ← Ⅰ Ⅱ ↑ ↓ Ⅱ Ⅰ before it moves to the bottom-right corner. If entered correctly, a sound will play and the credits will be displayed. Press any button to display the second page, and again to exit.
