Spriggan Mark 2: Re-Terraform Project (スプリガンmark2リ・テラフォーム・プロジェクト) is a... something... to Seirei Senshi Spriggan.
It has nothing in common with the first game aside from being made by some of the same people (the developers commented on this in an interview), and virtually nothing in common with all of Compile's other work, ever. It is a very unique game from this developer, adopting a gameplay style almost like an Assault Suits title but as a shmup. It is also the only horizontal shmup Compile ever did.
