Dead of the Brain 1 & 2 (デッド・オブ・ザ・ブレイン1&2) is a compilation of adventure games Super CD-ROM² hardware, featuring ports of Dead of the Brain and its sequel, Dead of the Brain 2. Released as late as 1999, it is notable for being the last officially released PC Engine game in Japan.
