Compile (コンパイル) was a Japanese video game company known for creating the Puyo Puyo. The company was an important name in the industry before the Japanese Home Computer market's domination by IBM, with many of its titles being made for the MSX.
The company also released a diskzine/magazine named Disc Station. The diskzine started off as a MSX central publication, before jumping to the PC-9800 series, and changing the name to Disc Station 98. After a while, the diskzine will become part of a physical magazine in the form of a pack-in, returning back to the original name and resetting the issue number.
