CD Battle: Hikari no Yuushatachi (CDバトル 光の勇者たち) is a competitive turn-based battle game for Super CD-ROM² hardware. It is dependent on the use of audio CDs to play.

Gameplay

CD Battle: Hikari no Yuushatachi requires that the user places two audio CDs into the system's disc drive. When a disc is placed inside, the game generates three warriors based off the disc's track data, and the warriors are then made to fight each other in 3-on-3 turn-based battles. In these battles, the objective is for one team to defeat the other using various attacking moves and special attacks, with the last team standing being the winner. The stages that the battles take place in are randomly selected.
