Sangokushi II (三国志II) is a historical simulation game developed by Koei as the second game in their Sangokushi franchise, a part of their Historical Simulation Series. It was first released in 1989 for the PC-8801 before being ported to a variety of other systems.

In the West, it is known as Romance of the Three Kingdoms II.
