Life & Death II: The Brain (ライフ&デスII The Brain) is a surgery simulation game by The Software Toolworks and the sequel to Life & Death. Originally released for IBM PC-compatibles in 1990, it was ported to other home computers in Japan, including the PC-9801 VM and PC-9801 UV in 1992.
