Bonus stages in Practice mode
In the Practice mode menu, press ↑ ↑ ↓ ↓ Ⅱ Ⅱ → SELECT to add the bonus stages to the menu.
90,000,000 start
In the Option Mode menu, press ↑ → ↓ ← ↑ → ↓ ← Ⅱ Ⅱ Ⅱ Ⅱ SELECT SELECT . This will add "90,000,000 start" to the menu.
Ending
Enable the "90,000,000 start" option above, then press ↓ Ⅱ SELECT → Ⅱ ← ↑ SELECT ↑ ↓ ↓ → Ⅱ ← SELECT . This will add a menu option that displays the ending when selected[1].
Main color type
Enable the ending option above, then press SELECT Ⅱ ← ↓ Ⅱ Ⅱ ↓ ← Ⅱ ← ← ← ← SELECT SELECT Ⅱ. This will add a "main color type" setting to the menu[1].
Ball parameter
Set $2737 to 14 (F82737:14+ in Ootake), then press RUN in the Option Mode menu to display a menu that changes the properties of the ball, such as its weight and speed[1].
Free movement
Set $2005 to 01 (F82005:1+ in Ootake). This will allow the ball to be freely moved with the D-Pad[1].

Located at ROM address 0x5FC0 in both the PC Engine and TurboGrafx-16 versions:
