Get a high score of at least 1,450 points and enter ".PC-9801RA" as a name. Once the high score has been saved, reset the game, and when the title screen reappears hold ←+Ⅰ and select "START". After the game begins, press HOLD Ⅰ RUN to instantly win[1].
