Unlock all characters

On the main menu, highlight the 2-player mode (the second option), hold → on Pad 4 and press Ⅰ on Pad 1 (requires a PC Engine Senyou Multi Tap). This will immediately unlock all characters.

Extra animation

On the main menu, highlight the options (the third option), hold ← on Pad 5 and press Ⅰ on Pad 1 (requires a PC Engine Senyou Multi Tap). This will allow the Animation setting to be set to "Arrange1". Exit the menu and repeat the same code again to allow it to be set to "Arrange2".
