Floating hat
When Pac-Man safely reaches a Break Time, he will lift off his hat to let the fairy out. If the player performs a software reset (HOLD RUN SELECT ) at this point, then starts a new game, Pac-Man's hat will be stuck floating above his head until he reaches Break Time again.
Not fixed in any version.
