PC-9800 Series Technical Data Book (PC-9800シリーズ テクニカルデータブック) is a Japanese book covering the hardware and BIOS of the PC-9800 series, specifically the models from the original PC-9801 up to the PC-9801 VM and PC-9801 UV. The book had many revisions over the years due to the large number of PC-9800 series models, until it was eventually replaced by the PC-9800 Series Technical Data Book: New Edition, which was in turn replaced by a 3 volume collection of books by 1992: PC-9800 Series Technical Data Book: HARDWARE Edition, PC-9800 Series Technical Data Book: BIOS Edition and PC-9800 Series Technical Data Book: MULTIMEDIA Edition
