Corpse Party (コープスパーティー), stylized as CORPSE-PARTY, is a survival horror game made using the first version of RPG Maker RPG Tsukuru Dante98, originally released for the PC-9801 system. A remake of this game was made for the PlayStation Portable and the Nintendo 3DS years later.

The game was made by a single person, Makoto Kedounn, under the pseudonym Kenix Soft. It was released via magazine on the Spring Issue of ASCII's LOGIN SOFCOM magazine. It won second place in a game-making contest[1], the game is also available to download freely online from the contest's archived website[1], alongside a rerelease on the CD-ROM of the 10th issue.

A primary school called Heavenly Host was demolished due to brutal murders and the disappearance of students and employees. Recently, a high school called Academy Kisaragi was built over the old school.

On a rainy night, after a school party, a group of students decided to tell ghost stories when the class representative called Ayumi Shinozaki decided to tell a story called "Sachiko Forever" for become friends for the eternity. Suddenly, a earthquake teleports the students to a parallel dimension where the demolished school still exists and is haunted by the ghosts of the murdered students.

Now Satoshi Mochida (the main character of the game), Naomi Nakashima, Yoshiki Kishinuma, Ayumi Shinozaki and Yuka Mochida must figure out the truth behind the mystery of the cursed school and avoid being murdered by Sachiko Shinozaki, the red ghost of a young girl that is trying to avenge her and her mother's murder.
