PC Cocoron (PCココロン) is an unreleased platform game for Super CD-ROM² hardware, intended to be an updated port of the 1991 Famicom game Cocoron.
Developed as Sur Dé Wave's first PC Engine game, PC Cocoron went through multiple delays in its development - the first known planned release date was during the May 1992 release window[1], then the game received multiple delays to as late as February 1994[4]. Though the game was developed all the way to the ending, Sur Dé Wave went bankrupt before they could release the game, thus shelving all plans of a release[5].
A build of the game is known to have been distributed to a magazine, but was unable to be returned due to the developer's bankruptcy[6]. The game is also rumoured to have been auctioned off by Sur Dé Wave employees[5].
