During a player's turn, press SELECT ← → ← ↑ ↑ ↓, then select "終了" (turn end).
Play as Axis/Gaichi
Select "VS&Password", then "1P Continue" while holding SELECT , then enter any valid password to control Axis/Gaichi and battle against the Union army.
CPU vs. CPU
Select "VS&Password", then "2P Continue" while holding SELECT , then enter any valid password to start a battle between two computer-controlled factions.
