Meikyuu Jima Special (迷宮島SPECIAL) is an unreleased action game for the PC Engine. It is an adaptation of the 1988 arcade game Meikyuu Jima, which also received a Famicom port that was localised for the Nintendo Entertainment System as Kickle Cubicle.

The game was reported by Gekkan PC Engine to have over 100 levels, which is nearly double than the arcade version[2].
