Control character portraits
When character portraits are displayed during attract mode, press Ⅰ+Ⅱ+ SELECT . This will allow the scrolling of the portraits to be manually controlled by pressing ↑ and ↓[1].
Instant power-up
Pause during gameplay and press ← x5 ↑ x9 → x6 ↓ x3. A sound will confirm correct entry. This can only be done once per credit[2].
