Super user mode

Enter "AVENUEMODE" as a password and press ↖+Ⅱ+ RUN  to access a debug menu (it is easier to do this by entering "AVENUEMOEE", highlighting the last character, then quickly doing the button combination). The options are as follows:

• AREA: A level select.
• MODE: An invincibility toggle.
• SOUND: A sound effects test. Press 1 to play the selected sound effect.
• MUSIC: A music test. Press 1 to play the selected song.
• WEAPON: A weapon select.
• SPEED: A speed setting.
• SELECT: Doesn't seem to be changeable.
• EXIT: Starts the game (pressing  RUN  anywhere in the menu also has the same effect).
