Hidden options

On the title screen, press Ⅰ → ← Ⅱ ↑  SELECT  ↓ to display a hidden menu with a stage select, difficulty toggle and sound test. Highlight the sound test and press → → ← ← → ← → ←  SELECT   SELECT  to add an invincibility toggle to the menu.
