Control Bravoman during the demo

When the title screen appears, hold  RUN  before "PUSH RUN BUTTON" appears on the title screen and keep holding it until the gameplay demo begins. Bravoman will be controllable by the player during the demo as long as  RUN  is still being held, however letting go of  RUN  at any point will relinquish control of Bravoman to the demo.

Not fixed in any version.
