Alternate sprites
On the title screen, press ↑ ↓ ← → Ⅰ Ⅱ RUN . This will swap around the sprites of NPCs, enemies and items.
Grayscale mode
On the title screen, press HOLD ↑+Ⅰ+Ⅱ RUN .
Start with a lamp
On the title screen, press HOLD ↑+ SELECT +Ⅰ RUN .
Start with a HP bottle
On the title screen, press HOLD ↑+ SELECT +Ⅱ RUN .
