Sound test

Perform 10 software resets (HOLD  RUN  SELECT ), then press HOLD  SELECT  RUN  on the title screen. To use the sound test, press ← and → to select a sound, Ⅱ to play the selected sound and Ⅰ to stop any playing sound. To exit, reset the system.

Stage select

Perform 10 software resets (HOLD  RUN  SELECT ), then hold one of the following button combinations and press  RUN  on the title screen to start from specific stages:

5	←+ SELECT
6	↗+ SELECT

Invincibility

Perform 10 software resets (HOLD  RUN  SELECT ), then press  RUN  on the title screen and quickly hold Ⅰ+Ⅱ+ SELECT + RUN  before the title screen disappears. If done correctly, the ship will be invincible.

View ending

Perform 10 software resets (HOLD  RUN  SELECT ), then press and hold ↖+Ⅰ+Ⅱ+ SELECT + RUN  on the title screen.
