All weapons
Pause the game and press ↑ ↑ ↓ ↓ ← → ← → Ⅱ Ⅰ (the Konami code). This can only be done once per stage.
Start with 30 lives
On the title screen, press HOLD ↑Ⅱ Ⅱ Ⅱ, then start the game.
