Get a high score and enter ".HU" as initials.
Stage select
Get a high score and enter ".AS" as initials, then press ←+Ⅰ+Ⅱ+ SELECT at the title screen, then start the game.
Stage select + 7 credits
Get a high score and enter ".LK" as initials. This will enable both the stage select and 7 credits (the additional step for accessing the stage select is the same as above).
