Neko Project II/21(ねこープロジェクトII/21)is a family of open source emulators designed to run various PC-9800 series and PC-9821 series models on Windows and occasionally other systems.
Two main versions of Neko Project exist: Neko Project II, designed to run mainly older PC-9800 series models, with some forks being able to handle some PC-9821 series models, and Neko Project 21, which focuses on PC-9821 series models but can still run games from older machines. The most comprehensive emulator from the Neko Project family is the Neko Project 21/W, which can also run versions of Windows designed for the PC-9821.
