Neko Project II/21(ねこープロジェクトII/21)is a family of open source emulators designed to run various PC-9800 series and PC-9821 series models on Windows and occasionally other systems.
Two main versions of Neko Project exist: Neko Project II, designed to run mainly older PC-9800 series models, with some forks being able to handle some PC-9821 series models, and Neko Project 21/W, which is the most comprehensive emulator from the Neko Project family, with the ability to run everything up to the versions of Windows released for the later PC-9821 series models.
