Stage select

In the options menu (accessed by pressing  SELECT  on the title screen), highlight "Exit" and press ↓ Ⅱ Ⅱ ← Ⅰ →  SELECT  to add a stage select and a credits counter. However, the stage select will only go up to stage 4, and the higher the stage number, the fewer credits available.
