What do PC-8800 series games do if you boot up in the wrong mode?

So far I have seen:
*Boots correctly
*Graphical glitches
*Incorrect colours
*Crashes after a certain point
*Computer reset (so it will keep resetting over and over)
*Syntax error message
*Blank screen
*Wrong mode message
