The PC-8801 MA is a computer released as part of the PC-8800 series in 1987.
Hardware
The PC-8801 mkII MA is an upgrade over the previous years' PC-8801 mkII MH, with the only major change being improved sound capabilities. It was released around the same time as the PC-8801 mkII FH's upgrade, the PC-8801 mkII FA).
Very little software exists that makes use of the MA. Games would continue to target the more widespread PC-8801 mkII SR.
